Mr. Pandey has more than 25 years of experience in the training & education industry. He has expertise in creating B-to-C, B-to-B and B-to-G business models of Vocational Education & Training. Mr. Pandey has experience in creating and running livelihood/employment generation skill development programs in the Government/Social sector in India, Middle East and African Regions. Mr. Pandey has modelled and setup 'Brick & Mortar' TVET institutes across various geographies. He has strong acumen of creating business strategies for start-ups as well as for implementation of very large project roll-outs. He has been a pioneer in introducing technology-enabled models for training & education. Mr. Pandey is a graduate in Mathematics and Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.
