The Ministry of Vocational Training, Apprenticeship & Integration and Planet One signed a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract to establish 15 state-of-the-art Technical and Vocational Educational Training Centers across Senegal. This is the first contract signed in Senegal under the new PPP 2021 law and its implementing decree.
